From what I can tell, there was no active shooter (no shots fired). Though, they were calling it an "armed intruder". (Is that the new name for active shooters now??).
Correct. I think they got a report and went a little overboard. I think with recent history it is understandable.
The situation must have been frightening for everyone. All of those young women in recruitment stuck inside the parties with no cell phones to call/text their parents. That must have been nerve wracking for a while there.
