UPDATE...
just to let everyone know, my mom and dad went down, we got new carpet that I am going to put in and figured out the best laid play for the furniture ect, did some cleaning, and slight fixes and it really isn't too bad, i am excited to move and thank you so much for the violets..
I think that the last tenants were just the source of flith and destruction,
tomorrow is the big day with all the moving stuff so hopefully it will go well... yay
