So, you pledged a sorority that does not have a chapter at your new college, but were suspended before initiation, and ultimately did not get initiated?
You can pledge any group you like at the new college.
Will they know? Not through any official channels, but people talk, so don't be surprised to you're asked about your previous pledge.
I wouldn't bring it up if they don't ask, but if they do ask, don't lie about it. You don't have to tell them you were suspended. Just say that it didn't work out and that you left before being initiated.
