According to the latest NPC MOI, "women listing intentional single preferences on the MRABA are eligible for snap bidding". Assuming that PNM doesn't match to who she intentionally single preffed.
However, snap bidding is typically done in the time between Pref being over and before Bid Day starts. So if it's already Bid Day, as I'm interpreting from Ladybugmom's scenario, then the time for snap bidding is over. The PNM would be eligible for COB at that point.
