At Kent State we are only 4% Greek and we catch a lot of slack from GDI's. Now dont get me wrong, there are some who dont bother us for being greek, but there are some people that make it seem like there whole mission is to destroy the Greek system. As I said before we are only 4% greek, but we run everything. We have 9 positions on Student Senate and last year they were all greek. Almost everyone on Homecoming Court was greek and so on. But the one orginazation that we do not have an greeks in is the school newspaper. This is where the most damage is done. All of the negative articles printed deter many students from rushing. But in the end we really dont care about what they have to say, we just keep doing what we have been and we will keep running the university like we have been.
