I didn't think it would be an issue until my friend just told me that Chi O wasn't doing informal and Tri Sig has only two spots open. This makes me worried that I won't get a bid and end up crushed! Plus there's a possibility that I'll be going abroad spring semester that year due to an amazing opportunity that I applied for and may get, but I wouldn't be able to rush spring so fall is really my only option. My question is what are my chances of getting a bid from a sorority that I like (or any) and how often do girls get no bids at all during informal recruitment?

Unfortunately, no one here can tell you your chances, and no statistics from any school (including your own) from any semester are going to tell you how many girls are going to end up bidless.
All you can do is go out and try. Either that, or wait until the next formal recruitment period.
