Believe me, you do have to look hard at Ross, Marshalls and TJ Maxx. I found some Selection de Givenchy, originally from Saks Salon Z, at TJ Maxx. For $20, $40, some 90% off retail.
A couple of years ago, I found some Saks Fifth Avenue women's pieces from Ross, such as Dana Buchman and Salon Z house brand. You can also find Avenue and Lane Bryant at such stores --I got my Avenue chinos from Ross for $15.
