Another thing you could do, is if you don't know any sorority members, but you happen see guys walking around campus and they have fraternity letters on, you could ask them if they know how to get in touch with the sororities, or if they know anything about Spring Rush.
I say this because some fraternity men have sorority girlfriends, & they may be able to refer you to someone who knows how to get involved in Panhellenic Spring Rush, even if they, themselves, don't actually know. Good Luck!
