I absolutely need it to be COLD when I'm sleeping. I set my air conditioner for 65 when I go to sleep. The extra money I pay for air conditioning in the summer is recouped in the winter when I STILL keep the thermostat at 65.
The director of housing sounds like an odd person. My mom is the same way as far as always being cold. When she comes to visit me, I have to close all the vents in the guest room so she doesn't b**ch.
