Library of Congress

Anyone else heard that the ritual of every GLO is on file at the Library of Congress? i dont' remember who told me that, but i went to the website one time, so see if they had our ritual, but all i ever found was the lyrics to some of the Sigma Nu songs.

Is this just another urban legend?
