I think you can let them know that you are interested in their chapter in a polite and subtle way by saying things like "I've really enjoyed the time I have spent visting your house and learning about your sisterhood. I feel like this could be the place for me.", "I feel very at home with everyone I have met here", "I could see myself contributing to your chapter". I also found that flattery sometimes helps: "Your pref ceremony is so beautiful. I hope to be a part of a sisterhood that is this close."
