Academic National Probation- Seeking Reinstatement

I joined the sorority Fall 2012.
I got placed on probation Spring 2014.
Since then, I have made above a 3.0 GPA and made the dean's list this past semester.
I had 3 bad semesters because I was trying to get into the nursing school and was struggling with the classes- Making C's instead of B's and A's. Once I got placed on probation, I wanted nothing but to be off of it, but I knew I had to better myself- So I did. And I have changed my grades around completely

So if I understand correctly....

Fall 2012 1st semester fresh yr pledged, didn't make grades
Spring 2013 2nd semester Fresh Yr didn't make grades
Fall 2013 1st semester Soph yr didn't make grades

placed on probation

Spring 2014 2nd semester Soph yr on probation, but made 3.0+
Fall 2014 1st semester Junior yr on probation, but made 3.0+
Spring 2015 2nd Semester Jr Yr on probation, made 3.0+

Is this right?

Correct, and summer 2015 made 3.0+
