I can't find any help with this particular problem online, so I'm here to see if anyone can assist (because we're going crazy!).
My company bought all employees the Fitbit Zip, and I've been using it for a couple months with no issues. We just bought one for my SO so that he could join in on all the Fitbit fun. We synced it on the computer and downloaded the app on both his phone and tablet. We figured out that his phone is too old to sync the device/keep up with challenges. No big deal. Then we looked at the tablet. He was able to sync it. Then a couple hours later, he went to sync it on the tablet again, and it says he has a software update available, but when he clicks on it, it does nothing, and the swirly sync "button" is missing! How do we get the sync thinger back? We already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app...
