Founding location reflected in Events/Party themes?

Not one fraternity, but on some campuses "Miami Triad" parties (events) are held. The Miami Triad is Beta Theta Pi, Phi Delta Theta and Sigma Chi - all three having been founded at Miami University.

"Monmouth Duo" parties (events) are also rater common. Monmouth being the college where Pi Beta Phi and Kappa Kappa Gamma were founded.

I believe the "Syracuse Triad" (Alpha Phi, Gamma Phi Beta and Alpha Gamma Delta) may also have events/parties.
