If you're nervous, don't be scared to tell her! The first party of the first round, I was so nervous that I would say something that would make the chapter or myself look bad, or I wouldn't know what to say, or she wouldn't respond well, etc etc etc. So the first girl I got, as soon as she walked in the door, I said, "Are you nervous? Because I sure am!! This is my first time doing recruitment from this side!" It really helped to break the ice b/c of course she was nervous, so I think it helped make me seem more human - not like some older, scary sorority girl that the PNM had to impress. Above all - BE YOURSELF!!!! Be enthusiastic, and let that Zeta love shine through!!
