Here's the sad part. The lawsuit originated because the victim's family asked the Sabans to pay for the deductibles and miscellaneous fees that were not covered by insurance. Nick Saban said no. Ms. Grimes would not have incurred any medical bills had Ms. Saban not gone BSC and attacked her. It seems like with all of the money Nick Saban makes, he could cover the medical expenses.
