Innovating standards is tough. You could make awards to recognize the most active members, but what really encourages good attendance is appropriate scheduling and not wasting members' time. People come to things when they are engaged, not because they may get a prize. If attendance is a problem, look to see what can be done to the poorly attended events that will produce by-in by the membership. Are members missing meeting? Make sure they are getting a say in chapter business rather than just having XB make all decisions. Are sisterhood events poorly attended? Come up with some new ideas. Poll the members to see what they want. Are you over programming? If sisters are required to do too much, limiting study and down time? See how you can streamline the calendar and combine events to decrease total time required. You see where I'm going with this?
