Medical personnel rule, as they should. Had the medical declaration been conveyed up the coaching chain of command? At the very least, the player's helmet should have been taken away, preventing him from re-entering the game.

Not placing blame because I don't know what happened. Ultimately, it's on Hoke, but a lot of things could have taken place.
The problem is, as far as I can tell, Hoke hasn't denied seeing what happened, and he's defended himself by asserting that if the QB didn't feel up for playing, he would have taken himself out of the game. That's laughable with all we've learned about concussions and players not wanting to leave a game, despite what their body is telling them.

Ok, if that's how the scenario played out, that changes things.

There is a little more to the scenario.

1. The UM cult has been crying about Hoke for several YEARS. They only care about winning. Concussions and graduation rates are not their concern.

2. The BObots(Bo Schembechler cultists) have been talking about getting Harbaugh or Miles for years.

3. Notre Dame kicked the chocolate out of UM this season.

4. This incident is just an excuse to complain about Hoke.
