I agree completely.
My apologies if my second post came off as victim-blaming in any way, as that was not my intent at all. What happened was not her fault whatsoever, and nobody had any right to harm her in any way. Nobody deserves to be taken advantage of.
I was just trying to say what I have learned from personal experience: that you can say "oh, I'll never walk home alone in the middle of the night" but when you're drunk and you just want to get home, you might think differently since your judgment is impaired. And, cases like this are a reminder that those decisions you might make when you're drunk can have terrible consequences
