If the chapters with high return rates don't make their decisions early, then there will be PNMs without invites at later parties because the more realistic Chapters had dropped off their radar as the number of parties decreased each round.

They have a set number they can invite back and it's based on their historical acceptances. So a top group may have to release 30% on the first invitational. It's pretty heavy numbers for some groups. You can't include someone you really don't want when this is the case. And it's the whole point of RFM. Every group could have a different number to invite to each round.

Ideally is wouldn't happen, but if a PNM gets to Round 3-Skit then has no invites for Pref they ranked incorrectly after round one or round 2 OR the Chapters she had for round 2 had too many invites.

I am not sure about this. I know pnms who had invites for round 3 but were released after that, so no pref invites. Without going into too much detail, this came from both strong and weak recruiting chapters.

I think it can work both ways: WRC's sometimes release women who seem set on SRC's, too. The point is the RFM tries to mitigate these types of situations, not that it's perfect.

Yeah, I was thinking about this reading the posts from the disappointed moms in the UGA thread. It's so much better than it used to be, but some human behavior is hard to make predictions about 100% of the time. RFM does what it can.
Congrats to everyone that the process worked for!
