FYP.

Please don't paint all Christians with the same brush. Most of them find HL's practices as repugnant as you do. As with most things, the vocal minority overrides the voice of the silent majority.

On NPR today: http://hereandnow.wbur.org/2014/06/3...rol-union-dues

I think Fresh Air with Terry Gross also discussed it but I cannot find the show link.

I never heard of Hobby Lobby before this birth control stuff began. So blah to them.

DuBaiSis' original post was correct. This isn't about "fanatical Christianity" because one person's fanatical is another person's normal. This is about the prevalence of the institution of religion and religion being incorrectly considered an umbrella. That applies to Christianity in some nations, Islam in some nations, Hindu in some nations, etc.

As for the USA, Christianity shouldn't have control over everyone's life. I'm saying that as a Christian who wants Christians to leave me the hell alone unless I am specifically seeking Christian fellowship.
