They HAVE to be going somewhere! In additional to this forum, I always recommend the NPC's site, www.thesororitylife.com, and a member's blog, www.sororitygirl101.com, as reliable sources for information.
Many schools have member-created Facebook pages for freshmen signing up for sorority recruitment. I've been allowed to join one for the purpose of answering questions. Because of Facebook's structure, it's frustrating to see the same misinformation repeated.
Even that nasty site is seeing some solid help offered if you look hard enough.

Didn't you just answer your own question? These young kids know their way around the internet.
Also, depends on where GC falls in search results. Or, maybe schools are getting better at answering PNMs questions and needs.
