From my experience on Corp Board, there are LOTS of women who don't want to live in. They think of every reason in the world to get out of it. But that doesn't mean they are ok with the chapter not having a house. They want the best of both worlds - a gorgeous mansion to hang out in, but their own bedroom/bathroom and alcohol/boy privileges.
