I'm sure Michelle Pfeiffer was an Alpha Delta Pi. I'm also pretty sure she wasn't in Scarface or Grease 2. Many of these celeb rumours start because someone saw an ordinary person with the same name on a chapter roll or in the sorority directory.

True. Michelle Pfeiffer is definitely not an Alpha Delta Pi. There's a list of Accomplished Members here.

And as much as I like Jean Smart, I would have used Danica McKellar (Winnie from The Wonder Years and the author of two books designed to empower young women in mathematics) as an example of Alpha Delta Pi.

I loved The Wonder Years, and because I am not a math person. I'm even more impressed that she has authored books to empower women in math, as when I was in high school, there was a bit of a slant against women because even a decade or so ago, teachers thought oh girls/women aren't quite as good at math. So I'm glad that she wrote those books (Danica is very close in age to me so I wonder if she had similar experiences that inspired the books).

Actually, Michele Pfeiffer WAS in both of those movies.....

Unless that comment was sarcastic...then sorry for the correction.

Peace!
