I know it might seem minor, but I'm dealing with some major stress in my life right now. The worst thing is my insomnia that has just come on. Sleep deprivation triggers my seizures, and when I can't sleep, I'm so scared I'll have a seizure that it's hard for me to do anything. I'm hoping I can start sleeping well at night again.
