Allthatblonde1, I would like a little more clarity with regard to your question so I can give you an honest answer. I have written many recs for girls from my HT going through at UT and have had a niece involved in UT Greek life recently. I can tell you, it's absolutely a school where you need recs (and probably more than 1 for each chapter wouldn't hurt). It would also help to get to know some girls in the chapters if possible before you go through recruitment.
