There are old houses near sorority row that look as though they should be torn down but the houses are deemed "historic" so cannot be torn demolished for new construction.
Can they be altered in any way? My mind of course thinks it would be super cool to have a sorority house with an "old wing" and "new wing." I realize my mind is not the norm though
