that is where I worry PNMs may be misled accidentally. Chapters may know even before recruitment that Bertha Badgrades and Lauren LowGPA will be dropped after round 1, but that does not mean that Betsy Boring and Patty Promiscuous are safe until round 2 just because their GPAs are good. Large chapters, particularly at SEC schools and using RFM, must make very steep cuts during the first and second rounds of recruitment. Dropping girls after round 1 who do not make their grade requirements is a simple way to tackle some of those cuts, but by no means does it guarantee a return invite for round 2 to any PNM with a 4.0.
