Where are you getting the 2400 number? The highest number we've seen is ~2100. You also don't need to have any bidless women to justify a new sorority. The large quota that just keeps getting bigger justifies expansion. The large number of women dropping out is a whole other story that has nothing to do with the need for another sorority.

AOII Angel - you are right. I had written down the wrong number. If ~ 2,100 pledged - the numbers are much closer than 20%.....
