I saw this movie on a date once. It was a "first date" so the guy was trying to get to know me...DURING the movie. This whole scene was almost ruined by him whispering questions at me but after I looked at him sternly and said "WILL SMITH IS ON THE SCREEN," he stopped talking.

I saw "Mama Mia!" with my eldest daughter the week before I took her to college for her freshman year. I cried buckets.

The song "For Good" from Wicked. Every. Single. Time.
Ditto to those who said the movie Stepmom. Especially the end when Susan Sarandon is giving her kids their Christmas gifts she made them.
If You're Reading This by Tim McGraw.

I cry at pretty much everything. But when Fantine in Les Mis died .... Seeing her daughter while in a delusional state .... I "Ugly cried," right there in the theater! The whole place is silent and I am hysterical. My kids just about disowned me. I had to leave out the back door!

Welp, I found an unexpected one. I had my iPod on shuffle and some Puerto Rican Christmas music came on and I lost it.

I think it's a mixture of things

1) I'm very home sick today for some reason. I mean, I do miss home, but it doesn't normally affect my mood
2) It's bittersweet--it reminds me of many post-Christmases through Three Kings Days I spent in PR as a kid. I don't know when we'll be able to go again (hubby and I) due to the new location and jobs with less vacation. I was very blessed to count on that on something my family and I would do every year (or every other year). Many happy memories
3) I'm already a sap for Christmas!! haha

Sigh.

There's a children's book called "I'll Love You Forever, I'll Like You For Always". Just thinking about it gets me teary. My mom cried as she read it to me as a child, and I'm sure I'll do the same. Since I'm a sap, I had that embroidered on a hankie for my mom, and gave it to her at our rehearsal dinner. We were a mess.

The end of Grey's Anatomy, Episode 10 of Season 5. I cried for a solid 15 minutes after watching it.

That Cinderella song and Butterfly Kisses. Every. Time.

Totally agree with the first ten minutes of Up!

Select episodes of How I Met Your Mother. I'm sure I'll be a mess during the series finale.

I cry at everything.

Movie scores get me every time. I can see a movie over a dozen times but because of the music I just burst into tears. No matter how many times I see the following movies I just bawl my frickin' eyes out...
-Black Hawk Down
-Star Trek (I know so weird but its at the beginning of the reboot movie when Kirk is sacrificing himself to save his wife, baby and everyone else. Plus, Chris Hemsworth HOT)
-The Lion King (Mufasa's death)
-The Hunger Games (Rue's death)

And I will admit that I cried when Optimus Prime "died" in Transformers 2

Even though Buffy has been off the air for over 10 years, and I have seen the series finale more times than I can count, I always cry when Spike "dies" (i.e. turns into a big pile of dust). My dad thought I was insane right after the episode aired as I was hysterically crying and he didn't understand why. LOL.

Butterfly Kisses by Bob Carlisle

The book "I Love you Forever". I can't read that book without crying. My students would come over and hold my hand.

I also do the whole, crying of happy tears. Like the end of What a Girl Wants when Colin Firth shows up at the wedding. I've seen the movie a dozen times but I always cry because it is so sweet.

Recently, I read a story about a boy who wrote a letter to Santa asking for people to stop bullying his twin sister who is overweight.

Quote:
“Dear Santa ... I wanted a (remote control) car and helicopter, but I don’t want that anymor. Kid at school are still picking on Amber and its not fair,”

The handwritten note reads. “I prayed that they will stop but god is bisy and needs your help. Is it against the rules to give gift early?” he asks.

He goes on to say his sister’s birthday is coming up and he’d like for the stars of the Nickelodeon show, “Big Time Rush,” to drop by.

“If you can’t get them to come but just get her everything she ask for,” he writes, and then adds a “PS.”

“My mom throw the best B-day partys (you) can come if you want.”

I looked it up. I'm not sure why that particular one did it to her. It's not the one that made me sob...
