NPC sororities are selective groups that recruit members that will represent who we are best, and your GPA is lower than national requirements which you don't meet. Chapter GPA requirements are usually even higher. So without going into any details about selection procedures, there is just no possible way you're going to get a bid. I also agree that a sorority is the last distraction you need at this point in time and you need to 100% concentrate on raising your GPA for your future. Sorry you don't want to hear that but it's the truth. Good luck!
