Informal fall rush as a junior with low GPA...

Oh I forgot to add.. most of you will tell me that I won't have a chance since I don't have a 3.0 or that I should email my school regarding the GPA reqs for each house.. I did email back before soph formal and she directed me to the VP of the houses. The VP did not really help since she just encouraged me to try without answering my question. When I decided not to I also received an email from her stating that my GPA was below and that I should try informal. So yeah my school is not that informative until it's time for rush (we only have a small section on our website). Idk if this helps..

Your GPA is more than just a little low. There are several of the NPC groups that have a minimum GPA to be initiated, and this is below that. Most groups will not offer you a bid if they cannot initiate you that semester.

Because of this, while no one can ever say there is no way you will get a bid, your choices will be very slim if you do not have at least a 2.5.

My recommendation would be for you to try and improve your GPA.
