All NPC member orgs have a minimum GPA required for membership.

The average national requirement is NO LOWER than a 2.5.

Individual chapter GPA requirements are often higher. Ex: Tri Sigma's national requirement is 2.5, but a chapter I work with set theirs at 2.75.

A 2.3 is dismal. Go for it if you want but you likely are not going to get very far.

You didn't read the OP. Informal rush is happening now, in the fall. They have formal rush in the springtime which definitely would not be a good idea for her. It also wouldn't work for her since she's doing study abroad in the spring.
