From my upper midwestern perspective, every Oklahoman I've met has been a lot closer to southern than they are to midwestern, at least in terms of speech patterns and dialect. And "gahkablahka" is a lot of traffic caused by people rubbernecking because of a car accident. Basically a "gawker-blocker"
