The houses were demolished in the fall last year as Sigma Nu vacated their house last Spring after being kicked off campus. While Crow is still anti-Greek we have gotten two new fraternities Delta Sigma Phi and Pi Kappa Alpha along with a sorority, Sigma Kappa, within the last year.

As far as the Adelphi II dorms, no fraternity lives there, it's a freshman residence hall now. Most of the fraternities buy/rent motels or apartment complexes and have their own "mini row".

Why did the school "waste" the money to build Adelphi II just to turn it into a freshman dorm? As if there aren't enough of those on ASU as it is.

Good to here that Sigma Kappa is back. They left campus when I was there.
