2nd date clothing advice
 am panicking!!
lol
had INCREDIBLE date last night--- I know, I know, its amycat saying that, i know its unbelievable.
so 2nd date is tomorrow. he's cooking for me...
what do I wear?
Black pants out, wore those last night AND at the party I met him at last weekend.
Don't want to be too slinky/easy access clothing--WAY TOO SOOn for that, and w him cooking for me, too many opportunities for that to be an issue---
SO WHAT DO I WEAR???

Wear jeans and a cute/semi-sexy top. Jeans are casual enough because I'm assuming ya'll will be at someone's house doing the cooking. And a smi-sexy top will bring a bit of dressy to the jeans.
Thisis what I do instead of studying for my test.
But you go Amy!! I hope it goes well!!

I agree with ChiOJenn. Jeans and a cute top would be great.

I agree with the other two posts. Also a cute pair of capri pants and a cute top would work too. Congrats on having a great date!!! Hopefully this 2nd one will be just as awesome!!! Keep us updated!

comfortable pajama pants,
comfortable flip flops,
and a comfortable t-shirt.
a baseball cap would be a nice touch.

If my input isn't too late...
How about a nice pair of khaki slacks...capri....with some dressy/casual black sandals and a black top...sleevless...silver jewelry?

What about a nice sundress? Something summery and girly. It'd be different than the black pants you wore the other 2 times you saw him.

Thanks everyone! I've got it narrowed down (he just called to chat and confirm since he'd started making the marinara sauce from scratch!)
Sundress--would love to, but they don't look the least bit demure or casual on me.
The nominees are:
--Long black skirt (express) and strappy sage lt blue and black striped tank
--black capris and v neck sleeveless black sweater w garnet, sage and creme stripes (capris are too big on me tho)
--red capris and black ribbed sleevless polo (again, capris are too big)
--low rise jeans and a&f aqua t that laces up at the top
--reg jeans and orange plaid halter top
--low rise jeans and aqua top in first place at the moment.

And silver jewelry is a must.

The red capris and black sleeveless polo sound classy, AmyCat! Two powerful colors and classic lines. But do wear what's comfortable.

Yes, I love the red capris, just don't think tailor can take them down two sizes tomorrow. And I don't want to hold em up all night, so I'm thinking--take em in to be sized and wear them on a 3rd or 4th or ??? date. hee hee

good luck!
Oooh... I think you're on the right track with the low rise jeans and aqua top. The key is to be casual and comfortable.
And on that note: I'd advise wearing shoes you can casually kick off. It'll be much easier to get comfy with him out the couch afterwards.

I vote for Jeans and the aqua top!! i personally love jeans, and they can be dressed up with jewelry and great hair, besides, with marinara sauce, you risk a chance of spillage so don't wear something too light in color, just in case.
Good luck, and let us know how it goes!

LOL, ok girls put a LOT more thought into things like second dates than boys do . . although the choice of making dinner for someone for the second date is interesting.
