The thing that amazes me the most is that the author of the article was pretty fair about presenting the downsides of her chapter and their recruitment process. It's hard for me to believe that a PNM could ACTUALLY READ the thing and think to herself "yes, I want to be in a chapter where I'm not a flower, but a pot."

I actually read the article a while back and couldn't believe it lead to all this. It is very much NOT flattering of most of the groups in the article!
