Speaking of SHAME, there is a movie (I believe a foreign film) that I watched years ago about strange sex addictions. I cannot remember all of the movie and cannot remember the name of the movie. It was a very good movie.
This man was a police or federal investigator of sex crimes. One of the first scenes involved a man (man #1) whose sexual fetish is having another man (man #2) cut off his (man #1's) penis and other body parts and skin sections, cook these body parts and skin, and then feed the skin to the man #1. When the investigator came into the house and found the chopped parts and blood in the bathroom, he then went to the kitchen and found man #2 cooking the parts and feeding it to man #1. Man #1 screamed "It's MY body! I want to be eaten! It's MY body!"
There's a scene later on with a man (was it the same character as man #2?) who has a "fat fetish." He preys on morbidly obese women who cannot get out of bed and constantly feeds them. If memory serves me correctly, the investigator ends up torturing this man in the end by making him starve to death. I cannot recall but I think that's it.
