I think she's talking about INTERPRETING the list, not accessing it.
Right.
There is a lot of talk about which groups on which campus take a lot of instate or out of state girls. But you really can't tell the stories behind each bid from a bid list. There might be ten out of state girls on a list, but they might all be chapter legacies.
