I read in the threads that you can't rush another NOC organization once you've initiated into one (of course) but it just seems like such a difficult job to know who is who and what they're doing.

There are these thing called records that are put in machines called computers. You can search for anything in them by using all sorts of different parameters. It's pretty cool.
