I didn't pursue Formal Recruitment until Sophomore year and although the three existing NPC chapters do include friends of mine but for some reason or another there just wasn't an agreement in each group to offer me a bid. Therefore, I did not find a place in the existing chapters but maintained my individual relationships. Our interest group is instrumental and would be the beginning group after our exploratory committee petitions to form a colony and a sorority has expressed interest. I did hope alumnae membership is an option and knowing it could be is good news. I know one of the freshman leaders and so far has been committed to including me.
