The first thing that comes to mind is Queen of the Desert. There's also the possibility of the nickname Prissy, or mean children calling her Pissy.

We had already planned on calling her Cissy as a preemptive strike.

And people who like Max or Maxwell - expect Maxi Pad nicknames.

Along with our version of the Dr./Justice test, that was the other test we had for kid's names -- the 7th grade test.

We have a Camilla friend who goes by Cam.
