Why not? The OP invited suggestions and questions. I would assume that any suggestions might include suggestions on how to build a strong foundation at the outset and recruit members. These "why?" questions go to the heart of those concerns, and it's never to late to make sure you have good answers to them.

Very true. I was trying to rehabilitate the question -- I think it highlights something that
if the Kappa Tau Sigma founders haven't thought about (and for all we know, they've given it a great deal of thought), they would do well to.
