Remember a few years back when Yoplait yogurt had the pink lids that you could send in and money would be donated to a breast cancer foundation? I always felt a little guilty for not participating, but I didn't like the idea of trying to wash the yogurt off and saving them. More recently, a different brand (Dannon, maybe? I eat a lot of yogurt!) had a similar program, but you just had to go to the website and type in a code that was printed on the lid. I actually did that one- a little extra work, maybe, but no needing to wash and save old yogurt lids.
I do save the Box Tops for Ed and the Campbell's labels when I think of it (or, yes, when it's possible to remove the label without it tearing apart), and then when I get enough I give them to a school.
