Who is rushing Fall 2012/Spring 2013?

I'm thinking about rushing at LSU this fall! I'm really concerned about the fact that I'm a junior but I think I will do it since it's my last year of eligibility and I really want to. Oh, I really don't know how to go about recs so if someone has any advice I would really appreciate it :] It's pretty much up to the PM to get those. Recs are really coveted because recruitment is so competitive here (as most of you know.)

You're a Junior. Do you have friends in sororities since you've been on campus for a few years?

The discussions in the Sorority Recruitment forum are a great place to start. Read, read, read. Chances are you'll find the answers and advice you'll need but you're really gonna have to do the work to secure those recs. Start with the people you already know and contact your nearest Alumnae Panhellenic ASAP but don't be surprised if you have difficulty with them, too. Based on what I've read online, most PNMs have submitted their resumes and photos to potential rec writers weeks ago.

LSU Recruitment starts in mid-August. You'd better get crackin' at those recs if you're hoping to get them in by the suggested deadline of July 1st.
