Bumping because I just joined WW today. This is my first time. I'm doing the online program because I can't fit the meetings into my schedule, but I think that I would have benefited from the group affirmations!

I'm hoping that I can keep myself honest and on track. I have lost this weight before, but after I lose it, it always seems to creep back on. I also feel that I eat pretty unhealthfully, so I need to make some lasting dietary changes.
Right now, I'm a little overwhelmed and not quite sure how to get started, so if anyone has any suggestions, please feel free to post them.
