I also know on my campus there was a chapter closed when the house was broken into and a few girls were raped-but that was over 30 years ago now-and the house is still there waiting to be salvaged. And it's so close to a great frat. All in all, it's a waste of a perfectly good opportunity. I've also heard my campus activities advisor has previously discussed wishing there was a 5th sorority on campus because so many girls rush.
