I think it really depends on how competitive rush at your new school will be. I would use the search function to search the name of your new school and the word "recruitment" or "rush."
Also, as a sophomore/junior, think about what you have on your resume to help set you apart from the other PNMs. Do you have a solid GPA? What kinds of leadership roles or activities were you involved with at your previous school?
