First, is grinding a word for which I need translation?

And let me see if I can interpret some of your questions so you can possibly get valid answers.
1-I'm a social cripple. Will I ever feel comfortable at fraternity parties?
2-I'm a social cripple. Will I ever get better at it?
3-all girls are the same. Please confirm my reality.
4-what can I get out of fraternity life while being a social cripple?
5-I have no ability to time manage myself and can't say no (see questions 1 and 2). Is this going to be a problem?
6-I have no idea what fraternity membership is about. Please confirm my reality.
