To be clear, a Pi Chi technically has no vote but in any case, wouldn't have more than one out of what could be 200+ girls, depending on your school. It's not like she can control if the girl gets into a chapter single handedly. And hopefully she doesn't try to sway the rushee's decisions, but I'm sure that happens a lot too.

I would always recommend telling any girl going through rush to behave as though her Pi Chi belongs to "the worst" chapter. Would she say the same things if she knew she could really be hurting that girl's feelings? Because the truth is you really can't tell which girls are in which houses and 18 year old girls can be a little thoughtless in their statements, even if they wouldn't intentionally be bitchy.
